1. What can you win? 🍀
We digitize 🖨 all receipts, invoices and bills on your photo and make them available to you in an audit-proof cloud storage ☁️. We then have the receipts read out by machine and with the help of artificial intelligence 🤖 in collaboration with " kontera.ch" and use them to create a ready-made accounting system for you in the bexio accounting software. The accounting and invoicing follows the standard according to OR. If you do not have a bexio account, we will create an account for you.
2. What is Kontera? 🧐
Kontera can read the contents of a document (supplier, date, amount, service period and much more) and learns how to post them. Posting only takes seconds . This saves a lot of time. More information at kontera.ch .
3. Procedure 🛣
Comment on our post on Linkedin or Facebook with a photo 📷 of your shoebox or Migros bag full of unsorted receipts and invoices and take part in the competition. Your comment will automatically put you on the list of participants and with a little luck, we will book these receipts and invoices for you. Example:
4. Dates 📅
The deadline for participation is August 30th.
On August 31st we will draw the winner from the commented pictures.
The winner will be announced on September 1st.
5. Conditions of participation ✒️
The competition is organized by Rombro.ch and kontera.ch. All persons and companies with a residence or place of business in Switzerland are entitled to participate. The winner will be informed in writing on the participating platform. Cash payments are not possible and legal recourse is excluded. Accounting is only carried out in the bexio accounting software. The number of receipts is limited to business-related expenses from a maximum of one financial year (max. 23 months) of a company.
